On 10/03/2021, Sunday, at 11 am, the OFFICIAL FOUNDATION Assembly of PROCANTO will take place.

SCHEDULE:
1) approve the founding of the Association
2) read and approve the Bylaws
3) elect the members of the administrative board

Below is a description of the positions and application form, for those who want to be a part. Applications are now open!


Positions:

I) Executive Board (5 vacancies):
Administration of the entity in all its spheres;

  - Alternates (2 vacancies): replace members of the Board of Directors in all their impediments.

II) Secretaries :
- 1st secretary - superintendence of the documentation of the members, minutes, activities and advice of the Board of Directors (when necessary).

- 2nd secretary (alternate): replace the previous one in all his impediments and help him in his work.

III) Treasurers :
- 1st treasurer - collect, account, organize and keep the accounting records of the Association and prepare the annual rendering of accounts.

- 2nd treasurer (alternate): replace the previous one in all his impediments and help him in his work

IV) Fiscal Council (3 effective and 3 alternates):
Supervise the execution of PROCANTO's programs and accounting.
