INTERNAL REGULATION
CHAPTER I
PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES
Artigo 1o - O presente Regimento Interno tem por objetivo regulamentar o funcionamento da PROCANTO - Associação Brasileira de Professores de Canto, qualified as a non-profit civil association of a social nature governed by private law, with the purpose of encouraging the teaching of singing, promoting integration and training of singing teachers and bringing the class together around discussions and pertinent actions.

§ 1o - O Regimento Interno define os procedimentos administrativos em conformidade com o Institution's Statute and Code of Ethics.

§ 2o - Aplica-se a este Regimento a legislação vigente relacionada.
Artigo 2o - Todas as áreas passíveis de atuação da PROCANTO estão descritas no Capítulo I of its Statute.
Artigo 3o - Considerando a utilização de recursos advindos de anuidades, doações, benfeitorias , partnerships with individuals or legal entities and agreements with the government, in all acts carried out on behalf of PROCANTO the principles of legality and transparency in the development of its activities must be observed.
Artigo 4o – Este regimento aplica-se a todas as áreas de gestão e of action of PROCANTO.
CHAPTER II
OF THE FUNCTIONAL STRUCTURE AND ITS COMPOSITION

Parágrafo Único – As instâncias deliberativas são a Assembleia Geral e o Quadro Diretor.
Artigo 6o - A Assembleia Geral é instância deliberativa composta por membros quites inscritos, in the form and conditions established in these Internal Regulations and in the Statute.
Artigo 7o - O Quadro Diretor é um órgão colegiado de administração formado por 5 members (encouraging representation from at least 3 different regions of Brazil),
elected by the General Assembly, who will have powers and full authority to act on behalf of the Association, in the manner and conditions established in these Internal Regulations and in the Statute.
Artigo 8o - A Secretaria é um órgão administrativo composto por dois membros (um effective and one alternate), and their appointments are provided for in article 11 of the Statute.
Artigo 9o - A Tesouraria é um órgão administrativo e fiscalizador composto por dois membros (one effective and one alternate), and their designations are provided for in article 11 of the Statute.
Artigo 10o - O Conselho Fiscal é um órgão consultivo e fiscalizador composto por três members and three alternates, chosen from among the associates and elected by the General Assembly, in the form and conditions established in these Internal Regulations and in the Statute.
CHAPTER III
THE FUNCTIONING OF THE ASSOCIATION
Artigo 11o - A Associação possui símbolos, cores e logotipos que a identificam, which must be preserved and used in media, advertising campaigns and official correspondence.
Parágrafo Único - É atribuição do Quadro Diretor a definição e a regulamentação da logomarca and official colors of the Institution.
Artigo 12o - A Associação organiza-se em grupos de trabalho específicos (com up to 20 members), which contribute to its proper functioning, namely:

_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ b) Legal - responsible for creating and maintaining the Statute, Internal Regulations, Code of Ethics and any structural documents of the Association.

_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ g) Audio and on-line/face-to-face classes - dissemination and elaboration of material on tools and technologies for singing classes and promotion of events about theme.

this age group and promotion of events on the topic.
_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ i) Regional - meeting of teachers from all regions of Brazil to discuss and create specific material on the regional specificities of singing teaching, in search for solutions to their own problems, in addition to promoting events on the subject.

Parágrafo Único - As atividades meio e fim da PROCANTO, assim como documentos relativos to the Working Groups mentioned above, are described in the internal documents called Internal Control (inside the Association's Google Drive), and may be revised at any time.
CHAPTER IV
MEMBERS, THEIR RIGHTS AND DUTIES
Artigo 13o – As categorias de membros da Associação estão descritas no Estatuto. Article 14 - The rights of members are described in article 7 of the Statute:
Artigo 15o - É dever do sócio, além dos constantes do artigo 7 do Statute: become aware of your rights and duties according to the Statute, Internal Regulations and Code of Ethics.
Parágrafo Único - É responsabilidade dos membros da PROCANTO zelar pelo cumprimento da Lei, of the Statute, the Internal Regulations, the Code of Ethics and the rules issued by the Association's governing bodies.
CHAPTER V
VIOLATIONS AND APPLICABLE PENALTIES
Artigo 16o - Constituem-se em infração os atos praticados por membros de qualquer category, violations of compliance with the Association's rules, assets and Code of Ethics.

_cc781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ a. Warning - which may be verbal or written - applies in cases of non-compliance with internal rules, disrespect for the Statute, Internal Regulations, the Code of Ethics and current legislation.
_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ c. Suspension – applies in cases of recurrence of an infraction that has already been punished with a warning.
_cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ d. Exclusion – applicable to infractions considered serious, such as: recidivism in suspension, attempt or participation in collusion to harm the interests of the Association.
_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136 The disciplinary procedure, provided for in articles 7 and 21 of the Statute, will be conducted by the Ethics Committee, with the objective of investigating the determined fact and applying the appropriate penalty.
_cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b-136 Penalties will be applied by the Executive Board together with the Ethics Committee, observing the right to contradictory after verification of the facts.
CHAPTER VI
VALUES AND EXEMPTIONS
Artigo 17o – Membros contribuintes deverão pagar anualmente o valor estipulado pelo Quadro Diretor, according to the following criteria:

Artigo 18o - A referência geral para definição da anuidade será cerca de 10% of the current minimum wage.
Artigo 18o - Membros Beneméritos, Honorários e Remidos estarão isentos do pagamento da anuidade , according to article 7 of the Statute.
CHAPTER VII
DO VOLUNTARIADO
Artigo 19o - Todo o trabalho realizado dentro da Associação é voluntário._cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
Parágrafo Único – Devido à natureza do serviço prestado, a PROCANTO poderá implantar processo selection process for candidates to volunteer, seeking the profile required for the development of a specific project, or to participate in Working Groups.
Artigo 20o - Os voluntários devem ser solidários com a comunidade assistida e também respeitar the culture and values of the Association, submitting to its rules, especially in relation to the Code of Ethics.
CHAPTER VIII
PARTNERSHIPS AND FORMS OF COSTING
Artigo 21o - Toda e qualquer parceria será firmada com a anuência do Quadro Diretor and formalized through a specific instrument for its purpose.
Artigo 22o - A Associação poderá participar de eventos realizados por entidades públicas ou privadas , nationally or internationally, with the presentation of projects aligned with the objectives of PROCANTO.
Artigo 23o - A realização de campanhas para arrecadação e o recebimento de doações de of any nature may only be carried out by persons previously authorized by the Board of Directors.
CHAPTER IX
ELECTORAL PROCESS
Artigo 24o - A eleição do Quadro Diretor e dos outros membros da Administração, as well as the Supervisory Board, it is held by the General Meeting, every two years, in accordance with articles 9, 13, 16, 17 and 18 of the Statute.
Artigo 25o - Os candidatos aos cargos deverão apresentar suas propostas com antecedência de no minimum 30 working days to apply and they must be up to date with their obligations as an associate member.
Artigo 26o - Poderão ser candidatos a cargo eletivo os membros que estejam incluídos em one of the following categories of members: founders, effective and redeemed, according to article 7 of the Bylaws.
Artigo 27o - Os demais membros que constem do banco de dados da PROCANTO e have been affiliated for less than 3 (three) months prior to the date of the General Meeting called for election, may vote but may not run for elective office.

Parágrafo Único - Após esse período mínimo de 3 (três) meses como associado , the member may run for any office.
Artigo 28o - Compete a um dos membros do Quadro Diretor ou o seu substituto install and preside over the Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting for the election, as provided for in article 19 of the bylaws, appointing the secretary, tellers and supervisors necessary to monitor the voting work.
Artigo 29o - Todo membro presente deverá se identificar e assinar a lista de presença , which must be signed by the President and the Secretary of the Extraordinary General Meeting for the election.
Artigo 30o - Serão eleitos os candidatos que receberem a maioria simples dos votos, scrutinized and audited using technology applied to virtual electoral processes.
Artigo 31o - Após a proclamação dos eleitos, será dada a posse, pelo Current Board of Directors, and Minutes will be drawn up to be signed by the newly elected.
CHAPTER X
GENERAL PROVISIONS
Artigo 32o - Todo o material de natureza intelectual ou artística produzido por um ou more members in the exercise of their activities in the Association, is assigned to the same by means of written authorization, with the right to use, transform and adapt according to the interests of PROCANTO.
Artigo 33o - Não é permitida a exposição de fotos ou filmagens de quaisquer pessoas by the Association, unless previously authorized, according to the terms of the law on the use of image and voice.
Artigo 34o - Os bens materiais e imateriais da Associação são para uso exclusivo em service, and its private use is prohibited.
Artigo 35o - Sugestões, críticas ou denúncias sobre irregularidades na PROCANTO devem ser enviadas to the specific email (procantobr@gmail.com) where they will be forwarded to the Board of Directors who will take the appropriate measures.
Parágrafo único – Denúncia sigilosa poderá ser realizada diretamente no site da PROCANTO (www .procanto.com.br), in the form within the “CONTACT” tab, and will be analyzed by the Board of Directors, who will correctly handle the complaint, guaranteeing absolute confidentiality and, if there are any indications, determining its investigation._cc781905-5cde-3194 -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
Artigo 36o - O presente Regimento Interno entrará em vigor quinze dias após a sua approval by the General Assembly, and must be made public to all members.
Artigo 37o - Os casos omissos e as dúvidas suscitadas neste Regimento Interno, no Bylaws and the Code of Ethics will be determined by the Board of Directors, which may change it in whole or in part, upon convening a specific Assembly.
